If you copy VERTICES’ software, data, and documentation without permission of VERTICES, you may be liable to VERTICES for damages, and may be subject to criminal penalties. You may not sell, rent, sub-license or lease our application, data, and documentation in whole or in part. You may not alter, decompile or disassemble the software, data, and documentation without written or digital permission by VERTICES. You may not alter, remove or obscure any VERTICES’ proprietary legend, copyright, trademark, or propriety rights notices contained in or affixed to the software, data, or documentation. The administrator or member function should only be used by the designated person. If in any case it is violated, VERTICES will close your account without further notification.

2. Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liabilities

You agree that your use of NYRestroom is entirely at your own risk. VERTICES and its employees disclaim all warranties in connection with the website and the use thereof. VERTICES assumes no responsibility for the content posted by users or the content of third party sites hyperlinked on NYRestroom. VERTICES makes no warranties or representations about the completeness or accuracy of the content on this site. In no event shall VERTICES or its employees be liable to you for: Any damages resulting from errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content. Interruption or cessation of transmission to or from NYRestroom. Any loss or damage to files or data as a result of use of NYRestroom. NYRestroom may contain information from and links to third parties. VERTICES is not responsible for any of the content on those sites. Currently VERTICES creates a backup of all data once a day. In any event, VERTICES is not responsible for any data loss. You specifically acknowledge that VERTICES shall not be responsible for offensive, defamatory, or illegal conduct committed by third parties and that the risk of harm or damage from the foregoing rests entirely with you.
